5 for change black tie fundraiser

5 For Change 01

It was a fairy tale evening at the inaugural ‘5 For Change‘ black tie fundraiser event last night. The first of it’s kind in Cape Town, 5 For Change‘s Adriaan Dippenar says ‘We are very influenced by the approach taken in the US, particularly New York, where black tie events are both a huge social event and an opportunity to raise funds and awareness for organizations. There isn’t really anything too similar in Cape Town on an annual basis, and we think a city like this deserves its own black tie fundraiser that brings people who are social active opinion leaders in their circles together to make a difference’.
