beyoncé live in atlantic city

Beyonce live in Atlantic City

Singer Beyoncé performed to a crowd of over 5500 fans at Revel Resorts in Atlantic City this past Saturday, her first concert since giving birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter. Opening with her hit “End Of Time” wearing a shimmering silver outfit and hot pink shoes, she continued her set with hits including “Crazy In Love” and “Get Me Bodied”. During her rendition of “Resentment”, the singer held back tears and sat on top of a piano when belting out “1+1“. “Y’all don’t know how hard I had to work,” Beyoncé told the crowd. “I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on the treadmill, eating lettuce.” Singing a verse of Whitney Houston‘s “I Will Always Love You” and giving Donna Summer a shout-out when performing “Naughty Girl”, which samples Summer‘s hit “Love To Love You Baby”, B payed tribute to icons in music. “I hope y’all win a lot of money tonight,” Beyoncé said at the end of her show.
